More than 150 guests descended on the Met Office before being whisked off in chauffer driven limousines courtesy of Mercedes-Benz Exeter to feel like a star posing for the paparazzi on the red carpet before enjoying a champagne reception.
Witty broadcaster Judi Spiers compéred the fashion show with the autumn/winter 2015...
One of the most brilliant things about Exeter is its openness to vegetarians and vegans. Now, I’m not saying it’s completely open and there are no harsh judgements, however in comparison to some of the other cities in the UK that I’ve visited, Exeter is far from the worst.

A weather warning of heavy rain has been issued for Devon.
Outbreaks of rain will turn heavy at times during Tuesday (27 October) and the Met Office is warning that there is a risk of local surface water flooding.
Chief forecaster at the Exeter-based agency said: “A slow moving front will bring heavy bursts of rain, giving the potential for over 50mm of rain within a few hours.
“Leaves may impede drainage, increasing the risk of some flooding, for example, to sections of road.”
Jack Nowell marked his return to the Exeter Chiefs side by scoring two tries in his side’s 38-11 Aviva Premiership win over London Irish.
The England international grabbed a try in each half as Rob Baxter’s side ran in six tries in a dominant display at Sandy Park.
Skipper Gareth Steenson started the try-fest and also added four conversions, before he was joined on the scoresheet by Don Armand, Luke Cowan-Dickie, James Short and the impressive Nowell.
In reply, Scottish international Blair Cowan claimed a consolation try for the Exiles, who also added two penalties...
