The kitchen team at Otter Nurseries in Ottery St Mary is over the moon after their homemade raspberry jam scooped gold at this year’s Taste of the West Awards.

Exeter’s very own mini heat wave today reached temperatures of 24 degrees and lows of 13.
As much as we hope for it to last to the weekend, temperatures are set to drop tomorrow with slight cloud and with the potential for rain on both Friday and Sunday.

Peter Millett, a well-known County Probation Officer who worked in Mid and East Devon, Exeter Prison and was one of a number of outstanding Probation Liaison Officers to the Crown Court, has died aged 90.
