A part of their 2016 tour, O&O comedy duo are bringing their hit Ed fringe show The Good Stuff to the Beehive Arts Centre in Honiton this Friday 21st October.

Described as a “young Wood & Walters” O&O, aka Marina O’Shea and Tessa (O’) Gaukroger, aka The Funny One and The Tall One, followed rapturous reviews, sold out shows and a host of industry nominations with a successful debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this August.

Two die in Axminster car crash

Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision that has left two dead and a further two in hospital.

Emergency services were called following reports of a collision on the A358 Chard Road near Tytherleigh, just outside Axminster at 3.30pm on Monday 17th October.

The collision involved a Citroën Xsara Picasso and a Ford Transit Luton van; the Citroën was heading towards Axminster and the Ford Transit was heading in the opposite direction.

Exeter City’s director of football Steve Perryman says he is expecting a competitive game with Luton Town when the Hatters visit St James Park for an FA Cup first round tie in November.

City, who took Liverpool to an FA Cup replay last season, were drawn against Nathan Jones’ team in the first round draw on Monday night.

This October half term there will be plenty of spooky goings-on at The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth. With holiday hunts, pumpkin carving and plenty of family fun there is sure to be something for everyone.

Exeter Deaf Academy secondary students have been taking their enriched production of ‘A Little Man’s Holiday’ on tour to Exeter Library and the Barbican Theatre in Plymouth.
