Ten teams of students participating in the Young Enterprise Company Programme from schools and colleges in Devon will be holding their Spring Trade Fair at the Historic Guildhall in Exeter High Street.

The Lord Mayor is opening the event at 10am.

The teams have bee running their own companies in the last six months, expereincing the highs and lows of running a business. the teams are selling a variety of products that they have developed

The 38th Exmouth Amateur Festival of One Act Plays

This is an opportunity for those drama groups who have entered this year’s Festival to perform their One Act Plays in front of a professional adjudicator.

This Festival is part of The All England Theatre Festival 2017. It opens on Monday 3rd and runs through to Saturday 8th April 2017. Monday to Friday evening performances commence at 7.30pm. Saturday evenings performances commence at 7pm.

Funding needed for art project supporting people with dementia

AN Exeter project, which offers outdoor activities and art projects for people living with dementia has been put at risk due to lack of funding. Developed by Age UK Exeter, the `Budding Friends´ initiative provides a weekly allotment project through the spring and summer and art workshops in partnership with Studio 36. Open Auditions for "The Titfield Thunderbolt"

The Exmouth Players are holding auditions for their production of “The Titfield Thunderbolt”, a comedy by Philip Goulding, at The Blackmore Theatre, Bicton Street, on Sunday, 26th March 2017 starting at 3.00pm.

The play itself will run from Monday 3rd through to Saturday 8th July, including a Saturday matinee.

These auditions are open to you all. You don’t have to be a member of The Exmouth Players or even have acted before. Simply pop along and enjoy the occasion.

Living Options Devon (LOD) is an award winning, Devon-based charity which supports local disabled and Deaf people to live the life they choose.

Over 8,000 disabled and Deaf people benefit from the charity's charitable activities each year.

They include an equipment and support service for people with sensory loss; a Countryside Mobility scheme enabling people with limited mobility to better access the outdoors and a campaigning service for Deaf people who use British Sign Language.
