A community-minded sports officer at the University of Exeter has won an award for setting up a free fitness session in a city park.
Paul Mouland, who works in the Sports department at the University, won a DevonLive Community Honours award after setting up Freemoovement in Barton Fields Park, St Thomas in May in his own time. First time buyers in Exeter will likely be celebrating as the Chancellor has scrapped stamp duty taxes for first timers on properties up to the value of £300,000 in the Autumn Budget.
