Foot Anstey strengthens Exeter team with partner promotions and office relocation

National law firm Foot Anstey has reinforced its commitment to the region with the promotion of two Exeter-based lawyers to the firm's partnership, as well as the relocation of its Exeter office to a new city-centre base at Broadwalk House on Southernhay West.

Emma Clayton and Dominic Cromwell, both in the firm’s Corporate & Private Equity team, have been promoted to partner. The promotions come as the firm marks a major milestone in Exeter relocating, after more than 20 years at Senate Court, to a modern, purpose-designed workspace that supports collaboration, flexibility and future growth.

The new office at Broadwalk House has been designed following extensive architect-led consultation with employees. The result is a modern, flexible environment that balances spaces for focused work with areas for collaboration and connection as the team focuses on serving national clients from Exeter.

This approach builds on a similar recent investment in Foot Anstey’s London office, ensuring a consistent focus on creating thoughtful, people-led workspaces that support the firm’s culture, client needs and ways of working.

Martin Hirst, Managing Partner commented: “As part of our position as a quality national firm, serving national clients, it is important that we recruit and retain the very best talent. Our move to Broadwalk House demonstrates our commitment to providing high quality working environments for our people which will support our next phase of growth.”
