On the weekend of 13-14 September 2025, Build It Live will return to Westpoint Exeter, offering a one-stop destination for self-build enthusiasts, renovators, and homeowners looking to transform their living spaces. Whether you're contemplating a new build, home extension, or renovation, the event will provide all the inspiration, advice, and resources you need.

Visitors to the event will find a wide range of local and national suppliers, including architects, kitchen specialists, heating solutions experts, eco-friendly products, and much more. Build It Live is designed to support a growing trend toward energy-efficient, sustainable homes that integrate smart technologies and maximise functional space. The show will be the perfect opportunity to meet experts, attend live talks, and engage in free one-on-one advice clinics.

A key highlight at the show is the Land Zone, a dedicated space where you can discover available plots across the UK. Whether you're looking to build a house from the ground up or convert a property, you’ll gain valuable insights into self-build plots through PlotBrowser.com, an online portal showcasing available sites for building and renovation projects.

Self-builders can also explore the Right to Build initiative, a UK government programme that requires local authorities to maintain registers of people interested in building their own homes. Tickets for Build It Live are available now, priced at £12 per person, with free admission for children under 16. The event is open on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 4.30 pm, with tickets valid for either or both days.
