Candlelight concerts return to Exeter

The enchanting Candlelight® concert series returns to St David's Church, Exeter from October 2025, bringing a fresh lineup of intimate, candlelit performances. Known for reimagining classical music in immersive settings, Candlelight has already captivated millions in over 150 cities worldwide — and now Exeter audiences can enjoy the magic once again.

Each performance transforms the historic church into a glowing, multisensory space, where audiences are invited to experience music in a new light — surrounded by thousands of candles. The concerts feature both classical masterpieces and contemporary tributes, performed by talented local musicians.

This season’s Exeter programme features tributes to modern icons like Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, and Hans Zimmer, alongside timeless works by Vivaldi and showdowns between pop legends like Queen vs ABBA.
