HoneyBe Creative takes advantage of growing SW market

One of only three Devon based agencies to have been granted membership to the Design Business Association

HoneyBe Creative, a modern creative and digital agency, which has been helping some of the best known global brands as well as smaller players, with their design, social media and marketing requirements since 2012, has relocated its HQ to Exeter.

The move means that it will be the only Exeter based agency to have been accepted into the prestigious Design Business Association (DBA), and only one of three in the whole of Devon. With just over 500 members nationwide, of which 48 per cent are London based, the DBA is the trade body for design in the UK and aims to bridge the gap between designers and businesses. It has extensive criteria that agencies have to meet to gain entry, with membership acting as a guarantee of the best possible service to clients.

Having been previously located in London, HoneyBe Creative took the decision to move its HQ to Exeter in order to take advantage of the increasingly large market in the South West, as Daniel Honey, Director at HoneyBe Creative explains: “We saw a huge opportunity for us in Exeter and the South West more generally. The pace of change is really impressive as is the number of interesting and innovative companies relocating or being launched here. We believe that there is an opportunity for a DBA recognised agency, such as ourselves, to make a real impact and to help local companies with all their offline and online design and digital marketing needs.

“We have worked with a whole range of companies over the past four years or so including the likes of CBRE, MSM Software Solved, Gymboree and Hay Group, helping clients with design, branding, UI/UX, social media, digital marketing and web development.

“The fact that we have recently secured the DBA membership means that we are able to provide a really strong, credible offering and we’re looking forward to continuing the great work we have already undertaken in a new and exciting market.”
