Four men to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court for conspiracy to burgle

Four men have been charged with conspiracy to burgle following a dedicated and detailed operation by officers from Honiton CID and the Force Major Crime Team.

Reg Soper 48, Percy Soper 53 both from Culmhead, Somerset, Nicky Christian 22 and Dan Small 21 both from Plymouth were arrested earlier this year and interviewed by detectives.

They were released on police bail pending further enquiries, returning to Heavitree Road Police station on 20th December 2012.

All four were then charged with the offence and held in custody to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court this morning, Friday 21st December.
