RGB Building Supplies has selected Exeter’s Tedburn St Mary School as a finalist in its Well Built Community Fund and it’s now down to a public vote to decide if the school is chosen to win a stunning premium kitchen worth £9,700.

The school’s current kitchen was installed many years ago and forms part of the old Headteacher’s house. The school would like to use the kitchen to do more cooking with the pupils and teach them about keeping the area in a clean and tidy condition.

Tedburn St Mary School is one of 10 finalists from across the region that RGB has chosen to go through to the public vote.

Paul West, Branch Manager at RGB Exeter, commented: “The high-quality kitchen on offer was used by our sister company The Room Works during the Great Food & Drink Show at Westpoint at the end of September and we’re delighted that it will now go on to make a difference to a community focused organisation. As the local branch to Tedburn St Mary School, we’re encouraging people in the area to get involved and vote for them.”

The local community can vote by visiting RGB’s Facebook page and liking the photo that represents the group they would like to win in the Community Fund album; the album will be pinned to the top of the page. Alternatively, votes can be cast by emailing RGB@pmwcom.co.uk and putting the name of the group being voted for in the subject line.

The vote will take place between Monday 8th October and midday on Monday 22nd October. Votes cast outside these dates will not be counted.

The winner of the kitchen will be the group that receives the most votes.
