Devon's Natural Mr Universe Becomes Three Time UK Champion

Ed Akay, a Natural Universe Gold Medallist and UK International Champion added two British titles within one week to his CV winning the Para Bodybuilding titles at the UKDFBA UK Championship and the PCA British Naturals Championship.

Ed feels very privileged and blessed to have been given the opportunity to compete at this level by both organisations. Ed, who is partially paralysed in his left foot competes as a both a “para” and “able bodied athlete” and at the PCA contest competed against able-bodied athletes in the “Overall Natural Championship” something that is incredibly rare.

Ed hopes this unique experience of contesting national championships as both a regular and para-athlete will inspire others to push themselves to limit and not shy away from new challenges outside of their comfort zone.
