As part of the development of the cycle route, the road will be completely resurfaced between Quarry Lane and Ludwell Lane, with high friction surfacing also applied in specific areas. Icescape, a new, covered winter ice rink measuring over 12,000 square metres, is to launch at Icescape Westpoint in Exeter on Thursday 12th December 2024 .
