Each year, professional pet photographers around the world unite to raise funds for animal rescue by contributing to the Tails of the World Book Project. To date, the annual Tails of the World Books have featured over 1,150 dogs and raised over £75,000.

Local pet photographer Fiona Crawford, who owns the horse and dog lifestyle photography business in Devon, wanted to raise money for the local dog rescue, K9 focus in North Devon.

Situated on the outskirts of Exeter, the Radis Community Care team at Edward’s Court Extra Service are hosting a fun-filled Christmas market, as well as a free health and wellbeing fair.

Resurfacing work planned on Rifford Road in Exeter

As part of the development of the cycle route, the road will be completely resurfaced between Quarry Lane and Ludwell Lane, with high friction surfacing also applied in specific areas. Rifford Road will be closed during the resurfacing which will be delivered in three phases. The first section will resurface from the junction with Quarry Lane to the junction with Lethbridge Road between Monday 2 December and Friday 13 December. Icescape, a new, covered winter ice rink measuring over 12,000 square metres, is to launch at Icescape Westpoint in Exeter on Thursday 12th December 2024 .
