Work will start on site next week (w/c Monday 19 January) while a new “16-phase controller unit” is currently being built off-site by a specialist...

Following on from the 2016 forecast, the supply pipeline or lack of it is at the forefront of the analysis and dominates the residential market. While there is an improvement, the legacy of building on an insufficient scale has left the average inventory on estate agents books close to a historic low*.

Looking forward, transaction activity will stabilise and is likely to come in between 1.15 and 1.2...

The pair tried to throw police off the scent by turning up three hours earlier and breaking a CCTV camera before putting bin bags and tape over the machine to make it look like it was out of order while they tampered with it.
