Topsham Rugby Club car park gets a makeover thanks to local property developer

A much-used community car park at Topsham Rugby Club has been renovated thanks to local, award-winning property developer, Burrington Estates New Homes.

Topsham Rugby Club is a popular activity centre for the local community and the car park had been in need of repair for some years. Riddled with potholes and loose tarmac, the car park had begun to be a danger to users. Burrington Estates New Homes, who are currently working on their latest new homes site at EXIII, Topsham, stepped in to pave the way for the new car park and renovate it for the community.

Clive Banks, Junior Chairman at Topsham Rugby Club, said: “Burrington Estates presented us with super proposition to improve our parking facilities. It was one of our key infrastructure priorities and now we have a larger, safer and much smarter car park that will help us use the clubhouse more and host more visiting rugby sides."

Colin Palmer, Managing Director at Burrington Estates New Homes, said: “We wanted to give something back to the Topsham Rugby Club and the local community as they have been a great support of our new homes development, EXIII, which is adjacent to the club.”

The four bedroom Brook show home at EXIII will be launching this summer.
