Site Manager achieves Seal of Excellence for Winsford Park development
A site manager for Bloor Homes in Bideford has been recognised with a prestigious award at the National House Builder Council’s (NHBC) South West Pride in the Job regional awards.
Jason Lockyer received a Seal of Excellence award from the NHBC at the start of November, after being awarded a Pride in the Job Quality award this summer.
Both awards acknowledge Jason’s hard work and dedication to raising standards in house building.
Jason Lockyer said: “Receiving a Seal of Excellence award on top of the Quality award this year is a proud achievement and reflects brilliantly on the whole team at Winsford Park. We are committed to excelling for our homeowners, maintaining the highest standards in the industry. I thank all of them for their dedication to the project.”
Jason is one of three Bloor Homes site managers to receive a Seal of Excellence at the regional awards for the South West of England this year.
Bradley Davison, Managing Director for Bloor Homes’ Exeter region, said: “We offer our congratulations to Rob on this impressive and well-deserved achievement. He is a first-class site manager whose attention to detail and management style ensure that everyone continues to benefit from his experience and develop in their roles under his leadership.
Now in its 45th year and widely considered the ‘Oscars’ of the house-building industry, Pride in the Job celebrates site managers’ dedication to raising standards in house building, showcasing best practice and rewarding excellence. Judging covers six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety.
