Following one of our recent tweets, advertising Forever Young Sing for Fun, one local follower retweeted, "Always a pleasure to give you a big shout-out..."

A valuable recommendation considering this individual has nearly 20,000 followers. We can only hope that many of those followers are not local or were away when the retweet went out as we think the limit on the hall is under 200!

Last Monday evening, 7-9pm at St Sidwell's School EX4 6PG, we raised the roof and sang to brilliant backing music with the words projected on the wall. Several of the new singers enjoyed the fact that we are not a choir ... there are no auditions, no rehearsals or public performances ... no microphones and no need to come every week [although many do]. The first session for newbies is free then only pay £3:50 for 2 hours of fun. Each week singers choose which songs to sing and we usually manage around 30 songs plus it is very informal.

Why not come and hear why, in 2018, we are in our twelfth year.
