Bring your children along to Exeter’s Princesshay on Saturday (6 June) between 10am and 3pm for some fabulous free foodie fun in the kitchen.

Fun Kitchen will be running cookery workshops every hour, on the hour, free to all, to celebrate the launch of Hospiscare’s Big Devon Bake Off 2015.

Children can learn new skills by getting their hands dirty and getting stuck in making some tasty treats.

The workshops will be led by double award-winning food teacher and founder of Fun Kitchen Joe Mann, who said: "Whether a child is crazy about baking, potty about pies and pastry, or simply bonkers about bread, I want to give them the skills, knowledge and confidence to enjoy making their own great tasting food by having fun in the kitchens."

Last year Hospiscare’s Big Devon Bake Off raised £5,500 to help the local end of life charity which provide free, professional support and are for local people and their families.

This year’s bake off takes place during September 12-20 and local people, groups, school, businesses are being encouraged to organise their own bake off. If you’d like to find out more about taking part in the Big Devon Bake Off please contact: fundraising@hospiscare.co.uk
