Come along to Exeter Foodbank Roadshow

Come along to the Exeter Foodbank Roadshow being held in Beacon Heath at The Beacon Community Centre on Friday 12 May.

The roadshow runs from 10am – 12.30pm, there will be tea, coffee and cake available all morning, with a short presentation at 11am.

Last May Exeter Foodbank started running a weekly distribution centre from The Beacon and would like to invite people to pop into the centre and meet the staff and volunteers who are helping people in the local community.

Local charities, community groups, churches and schools have also been invited. The roadshow is about fact-finding, sharing and working together - the foobank is not asking for funding.

Organisers have promised to make it informal, informative and engaging.

The community centre is in Beacon Lane, next to The Beacon Nursery.
