Lorraine Vaughan of Cheriton Bishop and Tracy Teasdale of Ebford are celebrating 25 years of service between them at the Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital.

Lorraine works as a Staff Nurse in Out Patients and started with Nuffield Health in 2003, moving to Exeter in 2006. She said “I love looking after the patients, and the Nuffield is such a friendly and positive place to work. The job has really changed in the last ten years and now I work with the minor-ops team and carry out pre-assessments.”

Tracy Teasdale is a Pharmacist and started in the Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital in 1998. She said “I first came here as Nuffield are very flexible employers and allowed me to build up my hours as my children grew up. It is a great place to work; I have lots of time to work with patients on the ward and really feel part of the whole clinical team.”

Hospital Director Paul Taylor said “We are very lucky at the Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital to have very loyal and long serving staff. This creates a real family feel to the hospital and ensures great patient care. Lorraine and Tracy have done a really good job for us over the years and I hope they stay for another 25 years!”
