Tops Day Nurseries is delighted to sponsor this year’s Cinderella pantomime by Exeter Little Theatre Company, bringing extra festive magic to families across the city. The classic rags-to-riches story follows Cinderella on her journey from the kitchen to the castle, helped along by her Fairy Godmother, a pair of sparkling glass slippers and plenty of pantomime magic as she races to make it to the ball before the clock strikes midnight.
As part of the partnership, Cinderella paid a special visit to Tops Day Nurseries Exeter, located in University of Exeter, where children had the chance to meet her, ask questions and join in themed activities. The visit created a wonderful buzz in the nursery and gave the children a memorable, real-life link to the story they know and love.
The sponsorship forms part of Tops Exeter’s commitment to offering high-quality cultural and community experiences alongside its early year’s curriculum. Theatre visits and links with local arts organisations provide rich learning opportunities, supporting children’s communication, confidence, imagination and understanding of stories in a fun, engaging way.
