After the most challenging year operationally and financially, Devon Air Ambulance (DAA) needs your help more than ever before.

As part of its Caring This Christmas campaign DAA have launched its ’12 Gifts of Christmas’ video, featuring 12 great ways you can pledge your support this Christmas.

Sally Hilton, Head of Fundraising at Devon Air Ambulance explains: “It’s fair to say that 2020 hasn’t turned out the way that we would all have wished and as a charity we have experienced a significant fall in our income while maintaining the same level of service for the people of Devon.

“However, our 12 Gifts of Christmas film shows ways that our fantastic supporters can continue to help in varying ways; from donating unwanted possessions, leaving a legacy gift, becoming a volunteer or joining our lottery.

She adds “On behalf of the Devon Air Ambulance team I would also like to send very best Christmas wishes and thanks to all of our supporters past, present and future.”

This Christmas DAA faces a loss of over £2 million in its annual income. But their highly trained doctors and paramedics continue to provide lifesaving treatment to people in Devon at the worst time in their lives. Without your support, DAA can’t guarantee that this life-saving service will always be there for you and your loved ones.

Devon Air Ambulance is funded by the people and communities of Devon and receives no government or NHS funding.

The short video features crew, staff and volunteers of the charity and can be viewed below or via the link: https://bit.ly/DAA12GIFTS

Please consider supporting DAA by giving one of these 12 gifts this Christmas.
