Slimming World Consultant Penni Ball has proved she's red hot after winning a Ruby Award for her work in helping tackle obesity in the area.

When Rob Gillett, from Bridgend, tipped the scales at 41 stone 10lbs, he knew that if he didn't lose weight soon, his life would be in grave danger.
