A grass-roots celebration of yoga, movement, music and food takes place in the West Country next week.

Yoga Hub Fest promises to be jam-packed with all things that make you feel good.

Organiser Jeanette Phillips said: “Yoga has been expanding minds long before Woodstock. We believe that yoga shouldn't be a practice confined to a rectangular mat, our aim is to breakdown yoga barriers and to inspire new ways of moving the body and mind.

“This year’s event features a compelling line up, so why not challenge yourself with something new like acro yoga, contact improvisation, callisthenics, ecstatic dance or parkour? It's all here for you!”

The two-day event also features everything from live music, including dance and live acoustic sets, to food and wellness activities.

Jeanette said: “Giving back is an important component so as part of the event we aim to showcase local businesses to encourage participants to explore the exceptional mix of health and wellness offerings in the area.

“We are for those who seek to better their bodies and minds through more traditional means, and those who have no problem pairing yoga classes and wellness workshops with raucous fun and experimentation.”

Yoga Hub Fest is on May18th-19th 2019 at the beautiful Coastal Valley Camp & Craft site in Porth, Cornwall.
