Queen of Nordic cooking to visit Exeter

The queen of Nordic cooking, Signe Johansen, is set to visit The Magdalen Chapter in Exeter to treat guests to a one-off Scandinavian afternoon tea.

The Scandilicious food writer and chef is one of the UK’s top experts on Scandinavian food with her books Secrets of Scandinavian Cooking, Scandilicious and Scandilicious Baking all proving bestsellers.

The group of hamburger restaurants has a number of outlets across the UK, mainly in London, as well as a number of other cities including Manchester and Oxford.
