The key ingredients of Rusty Pig’s recent Rusty Chicken feast were sourced from a high welfare organic poultry farm in Branscombe.

Head chef and owner Robin Rea chose to work with Bulstone Springs for this unusual dining event in acknowledgement of the high standards of the supplier. He said:

Jams made in the restaurant at Otter Garden Centres in Ottery St Mary scooped two golds at this year’s Food & Drink Devon Awards.

The company’s strawberry and raspberry jams were placed gold in the Producers Awards, which this year recognised food and drink products from 29 Devon producers as worthy of this level.

Award-winning charcuterie company, Good Game, has been awarded £40k of EU funding, matched by a further £40k investment of their own as part of a growth strategy.
