Tiger bills signs dual-territory deal
Tiger Bills, the unique East-Meets-West dining concept that has taken the UK by storm, is now set to roll out across the UAE and Indian Ocean thanks to a new dual-territory deal.
Owners of the brand, The Lifestyle Hospitality Group (LHG) have just announced the expansion across eight nations including Sri Lanka, the Seychelles, the Maldives, Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates in conjunction with Castaway Hotels and Escapes.
The Bar•Wok•Grill experience fuses authentic Thai cuisine with the full flavours of the Western grill, serving favourites like Pad Thai, curries and fajitas as well as traditional steaks, ribs and more.
“We’re confident that the much-loved Tiger Bills concept will translate to the Indian Ocean and the UAE,” says CEO of LHG James Eyre, owners of the Tiger Bills brand.
“The tried-and-tested formula means that our new friends can be confident in the Tiger Bills brand and offer their customers an authentic and affordable dining experience, unseen in the region before.”
There will be around nine restaurants rolling out across the region altogether, with the first location expected to open by mid 2015.
Patrick Heuze from Castaway Hotels and Escapes said: “We are delighted to be partners with Tiger Bills in the expansion of the brand across the Indian Ocean and the Middle East. This dynamic and versatile concept has appealed to us as we see immense opportunities for the brand in these key destinations or markets.”
“This move establishes Tiger Bills as a truly global brand,” continues LHG’s James Eyre. “We take our expansion overseas very seriously and have put in place experienced international franchise teams to offer a strong support structure to our partners.”
This dual-territory deal follows news of Tiger Bills’ Master Franchise Deal in London, with nine new restaurants launching in the Greater London area over the next three years.
