Exeter Chiefs Women will welcome Lizzie Lander to squad as she makes the move from Bath Rugby Ladies.

Signed as a lock, Lander can also play at blindside flanker and No 8, Lander will bring her confident ball carrying ability and tireless tackling prowess to the squad.

DCW Extends Chiefs Partnership On and Off the Pitch

Pellow to leave Chiefs after 16 seasons

Ricky Pellow has made the decision to leave the Exeter Chiefs coaching team after 16 seasons to spend more time with his family and explore other career opportunities.

The proud Cornishman joined Chiefs in 2009 as skills coach after retiring from his playing career during which he played scrum-half for Cornish Pirates and Worcester Warriors.

Exeter is set to host two enthralling Women’s Rugby World Cup quarter-finals at Sandy Park this weekend.

The tournament, which kickstarted on August 22nd, has already been seen as a generational moment for women’s rugby, with it expected to become the most viewed women’s rugby event of all time.

Ali Hepher has been appointed to an academy performance coach role within Exeter Chiefs’ development pathway.

With 16 years of experience at Chiefs, Hepher brings valuable knowledge of both the club and the sport to the role, which will be crucial to developing future Chiefs players and guiding pathway coaches.
