An ancient stone fragment and a huge hoard of Roman coins have inspired an artist whose work will be exhibited in Exeter. Irish artist Sean Lynch has used historic artefacts and the stories behind them to create videos, which will be shown alongside some of the objects which inspired them. The event promises to be a wonderful evening featuring the South West Telecoms band, a male voice choir and opera, in the idyllic setting of the grade 1 listed Italianate gardens, surrounded by immaculately manicured lawns with beautiful flower beds and specimen trees.
