July and August bring many families and holidaymakers to Dawlish Warren.

These visitors have chosen our county as a prime destination which will allow them to relax within the UK and enjoy something special at the same time.

Devon has become an enjoyable place to discover and explore. Since the unfortunate disaster and storm which battered Dawlish (full article here) there has been an increase of activity.

Families have made Devon their place to go to, simply because it is not just about fields and green spaces.

Thankfully, our holiday park is dog friendly as well as some parts of Dawlish Warren beach - so everyone is happy. More details http://hazelwood.co.uk/accommodation/dogs-on-holiday/

But Summer time also means outdoors fun.

In August there is the unmissable Dawlish Air Show which attracts a lot of people. It is a special time for people living in the town, for photographers who want to get that perfect image of wonderful flying objects. We mustn't forget that feeling of seeing the Red Arrows - goosebumps guaranteed!

This year it is all about the mighty Sea Vixen. Entertainment is assured. See: http://www.theexeterdaily.co.uk/news/entertainment-reviews-local-news/sea-vixen-make-dawlish-air-show-debut

There will be a huge crowd which will make that day unique - once again. All details can be seen on this dedicated page.

"...Each year this event attracts over 80,000 people to watch an array of aircraft take to the sky at this award winning air show...."

For the ones who would rather explore the slightly quieter parts of Devon, there is the possibility to jump on your bicycle thank you to Cycle Devon for the incredible cycle paths linking various towns and cities https://new.devon.gov.uk/cycling/cycle-routes/

However, it would be a shame to go away and miss that extraordinary day which takes place only once a year.

By attending Dawlish Air Show you will be part of something to remember and to share (not mentioning your friends being envious when some images will be on your social media status).
