When asked to think of British bands on the rise, one in particular should spring to mind. The Fallen State.

Founded in the autumn of 2013, The Fallen State melds grooving rhythms with the soulful voice of singer Ben Stenning to create beautiful, anthemic songs worthy of the biggest venues around the globe.

The band has already gained an impressive reputation and following by releasing five beautifully crafted EPs. These EPs take the pounding rhythms of drummer Rich Walker and bassist Greg Butler, and blends them with the emotive playing of lead guitarist Jon Price and harmonic wall of warm tones from guitarist Dan Oke to create some stunning and artful modern rock.

This success has not gone unnoticed, with the band landing tours with some of the biggest names in rock. The Fallen State has shared a stage with the likes of Black Stone Cherry, 3 Doors Down and the US Grammy award winning Halestorm. This time though The Fallen State are hitting the road as headliners on a follow-up to their successful headline tour in the spring of 2017 and will be heading to The Cavern in Exeter.

The band will be performing many fan favourites from their back catalogue including new single ‘Nova’ taken from the band’s latest release The View from Ruin.
The single features guest vocals from Black Stone Cherry’s Chris Robertson. Whilst touring with the band Robertson heard the track and fell in love with it. The resulting single has already had significant airplay across UK radio, being playlisted on the likes of Planet Rock and Kerrang radio.

The Fallen State play The Cavern in Exeter on March 25th 2018.
