The family would like to announce their sad loss of Chantelle, beloved daughter of Caroline and Tom, sister to Whitney and Danielle, much loved granddaughter, auntie and sister-in-law. Very special mummy of Harry.

A service of thanksgiving for her life will be held at St Thomas Parish Church on Thursday 19 September at 12.30pm followed  by a private burial.

Smart but colourful dress, no black please.
