HOW TO PARTICIPATE
In order to enter this promotion send an email to ted@thedailyuk.com with the words ‘ENTER ME BILLY SMART’ in the subject box. Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion.
Only one entry per person may be made for this prize promotion.
START DATE
This promotion will start on Friday 23 August.
CLOSING DATE
The closing dates for this promotion will be Thursday 29 August at 5pm.
SELECTION OF THE WINNER(S)
The winners will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted and the first ten entrants randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted by 5pm on Thursday 29 August 2013 in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entrants accept that, if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. By entering entrants agree to receive TheExeterDaily newsletter with the e-mail they provide. To opt out of the newsletter participants must write ‘opt out’ in the main body of their e-mail when they enter.
PRIZE(S)
The prizes are as follows: You are entering to win ONE family ticket to Billy Smart’s Circus There are 10 Family tickets for Billy Smart's Circus available to be won, A family ticket is defined as two adults and up to 3 children. There are no alternative prizes.
The prizes are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prizes above.
RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The competition is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over as at the start date, except those who at any time between the start date and the closing date are employees of the promoter, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households. You can only win one of the family tickets with the e-mail you provide.
NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE(S)
The promoter will notify the winners by email on or before 5pm Friday 30 August. The winners of the Billy Smart's prize draw will receive their prizes on or before 2 September 2013.

In addition, the promoter may like to share your information with other companies so that they may send you information about their products and services, by telephone, email and SMS. The name of the winners may be be published at www.theexeterdaily.co.uk for one week after closing date. You may want to print a copy of these rules to keep for your reference. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
