Traditional music is at the heart of a ground-breaking project which is teaching vital life skills to vulnerable young people and helping to increase their self-confidence and esteem.

A woman from Exeter is running the London Marathon on 13th April to raise awareness of the most common cancer in the under 30s.

Sam Hill, 27, chose to take part in the Marathon to raise money for the Lymphoma Association – a charity that supports people affected by lymphoma, the UK’s fifth most common cancer – and awareness of lymphatic cancer.She said:
