Those attending are invited to bring their own picnic, chairs and rugs to make the evening a wonderful occasion for family and friends.

Music will include; popular operatic arias, songs from musical theatre and will conclude with all the ‘proms’ favourites including ‘Nessun Dorma’ and `Rule Britannia’ and a spectacular firework finale by Bicton’s Lake.

The monies raised from this event are in aid of Hospiscare who provide specialist end of life care to those with a terminal illness and support to families across Exeter, mid and east Devon.

Katie Cuthbert, Head of Fundraising at Hospiscare comments; ‘This promises to be a fabulous event with a wonderful range of music including international performers and a world class band.  We are so grateful for everyone’s support particularly the generosity of Valerie Lister who has allowed us to use the beautiful Bicton Park free of charge for the concert. We really hope to get in excess of 500 people and raise a substantial amount for Hospiscare.’
