Hospiscare has been getting in the Christmas spirit with the help of children from across Exeter, Mid and East Devon.

Children from the Exwick Ark Nursery, Little MarVals in Pinhoe, Little Dragons at Clyst St George, Exeter Junior School and Kiddi Caru have been busy making snowflakes to decorate the charity’s Warehouse Store in Marsh Barton.

Staff at the shop were looking for new ideas to decorate their window for Christmas and were delighted with the sparkly, colourful decorations the children presented to them. Community Fundraiser Susie Healey said,

“It has been lovely to work with the nurseries and schools who have used their creative talents to support their local hospice and help spread some cheer this Christmas.”

The snowflakes will be on display at the Hospiscare Warehouse Store on Trusham Road from 11th December.

Hospiscare is a local adult hospice charity, providing free, high quality care and support to people with any type of terminal illness, and those close to them, in Exeter, Mid and East Devon.  A gift to Hospiscare in your Will helps to ensure the future of the charity in Devon for generations to come.
