Boyces at Manstree, a small family-run business, based in Shillingford St George, are inviting the public to join them for a Celebration Afternoon on Sunday 21st July between 1pm-5pm, to mark their 25th Anniversary.

The Boyces at Manstree Vineyard and Farm are set in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Exeter. During the Celebration Afternoon, visitors will have an opportunity to tour the Vineyard, which is one of the oldest working vineyards in the South West. The Vineyard tours will take place at 2pm and 3.30pm, priced at £3.50 per person/£5 for two people.

There will be stalls selling plants, jams and chutneys, cream teas, ice-cream, and refreshments, plus games for the children to enjoy.  Free parking is available on site.

All proceeds from the event will go to Rainbow Living, a local volunteer-run charity providing accommodation for adults with learning and other disability.

Simon Boyce said: “We are looking forward to welcoming people from across our local communities to join us in celebrating this special anniversary on the 21st July, and we are delighted to be supporting Rainbow Living through this event.

“The people who run the charity are all volunteers and they work so hard to give opportunities to young adults with additional needs which wouldn’t otherwise be available to them. We hope to raise lots of money for Rainbow Living which will go towards a fourth Rainbow House in the Exeter area, and which we know will make a real and lasting difference to the lives of many.”

Over the last 10 years, Rainbow Living has enjoyed success with its unique housing model, which enables adults with learning and other disability to live with their peers in specially adapted accommodation, designed to promote and encourage independent supported living. The charity has continued to see growth in demand for its services locally, and hopes that Rainbow House Four will help to fill some of the void in the provision of long-term supported accommodation in the local area.
