Burrington Estates has teamed up with South West broadband network specialist Jurassic Fibre to provide what is thought to be the first 10gbps connectivity for a business park in the region.

Jurassic Fibre is busy installing the infrastructure for the ultrafast fibre broadband ensuring the service will be ready for businesses moving into Winslade Manor in early 2021.

This 10gbps service means that businesses will benefit from hugely improved efficiency for day-to-day tasks and processes.

Three rising stars in civil engineering have received prestigious Young Achiever awards from the Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) South West.

Peter Boden, who lives in Exeter , was named the south west’s most promising trainee civil engineer; Aiden Shipp, from Paignton , the most promising trainee quantity surveyor; and Sam Beer, from Exeter , the most promising apprentice.
