Fresh founder shortlisted in South West Leadership Awards

The founder of an accountancy firm that prides itself on its innovative approach has been shortlisted in two categories in this year’s South West Leadership Awards.

Tom Baker, who started The Fresh Accountancy Company in 2011 to provide a down to earth, transparent option for SMEs, is a finalist in both the Professional Leader and Company Leader (up to 50 employees) categories.

Tom said: “It’s an honour to be included alongside so many impressive individuals. For me, this is a recognition of the work I’ve put into creating a business that offers a real alternative to more traditional accountancy practices.

“Over the past 14 years I’ve built up an excellent team of experts who share my views. Working with start ups, well-established businesses and those in the growth stage, we make sure our clients are tax-efficient - and always in control of expenditure on accounting and tax services.”

The South West Leadership Awards celebrate the people that are role models within their organisations and who raise the bar for their competitors. Tom is looking forward to attending the awards event at the Bristol Harbour Hotel on July 17.
