Colette Stevens, HR Director at Michelmores said: ‘We are delighted to see two of our Senior Associates rise through the ranks to take new positions as Partners. These individuals represent the diversity of talent across our business. Both of them display personal ambition for our firm, combined with an approach to working which is collaborative, friendly and innovative. As a result they have each made a notable impact with the clients they support. Many congratulations to both of our new Partners."

Michelmores has also promoted seven Senior Associates this year.

As part of its commitment to gender inclusivity, Michelmores aims to achieve a partnership group made up of at least 30% of women, by 2022. The Firm is moving closer to this target through its Women@Michelmores initiative, which is focused on removing the potential barriers to female progression, and takes active steps to address these. As a result of these promotions, the female representation at partner level at Michelmores will increase to 25 percent.
