Law firm Beviss & Beckingsale is starting 2016 with a highly experienced new Practice Manager at its helm, overseeing its four offices in East Devon and Somerset.

Mark Noble worked for a barristers’ chambers in the City and a number of international law firms before relocating to the West Country, where he’s just taken up his new role. Mark is no stranger to the South West; he went to school in Dorset.

Afterwards, he joined the Admiralty Underwater Weapons Establishment (AUWE) on Portland, where he was involved in the design of sonar and torpedoes, before moving to London to work in insurance and for City law firms.

Mark Noble says: “From the moment I met the senior partners at my interview, I knew Beviss & Beckingsale was going to be a great opportunity for me. I’ve been busy visiting all the offices and getting to know the staff, the business and the surrounding area. “It’s completely different to dealing with City barristers and big corporate clients.

"My daily commute is by car to Axminster a refreshing change to the tube and my old journey into central London. “I have lots of ideas to take the business forward in 2016 and am keen to use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained from larger law firms in my new role.”

Senior partner Mark Ollier says: “We recognise the importance of professional management to continue to deliver the very best service to our clients.

"Mark brings years of experience and fresh ideas to further develop our expanding firm.”

Beviss & Beckingsale has offices in Honiton, Axminster, Seaton and Chard providing services to clients in and around Exeter, East Devon and West Somerset.
