Commercial team grows at Wollen Michelmore Solicitors

Moving from one town to another can sometimes be a challenge in the business world but for Beverley Harrison, a Chartered Legal Executive at Wollen Michelmore LLP, it’s been a relatively smooth transition, with Newton Abbot making her feel very welcome!

Beverley previously worked for the Dispute Resolution Team for a City law firm for 20 years, and specialises in civil and commercial litigation for both corporate clients and individuals, including contractual disputes and negligence claims, debt collection and enforcement.

Operating across a diverse sector of industries, all with very unique legal requirements, she advises both individuals and corporate clients in relation to all manner of disputes, including those with an international aspect.

Alongside this Beverley also provides a range of employment advice to both employers and employees. This extensive service includes drafting contracts, policies and procedures, assisting in disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissals, redundancies and other areas of personnel support.
