This year’s Plymouth Business Show will feature a new VIP networking lunch, with a taste of world cuisine, courtesy of sponsors The Duke of Cornwall Hotel.

The highlight of the very first Plymouth Business Week, Plymouth Business Show, now in its third year, is set to welcome over 120 exhibitors and 1,000 visitors through the doors of Plymouth Pavilions on Wednesday 17th June. This year the show will feature a brand new networking lunch, hosted by sponsors The Duke of Cornwall Hotel.

Suzi Cumberland, Events Manager for Plymouth and Devon Chamber of Commerce said: “Plymouth Business Show is the largest event that we deliver as a Chamber and having seen the show grow year on year I’m really excited about the potential for this year’s show.

"Working on feedback from previous shows we’ve decided to take a new route for the networking lunch this year, and have created a VIP lunch experience, over the road from the venue, hosted by our sponsors the Duke of Cornwall Hotel. We’ll be encouraging visitors to attend the lunch as part of their time at Plymouth Business Show, either as an introduction to their day before heading over to Pavilions, or as a way to mark the middle of a day filled with networking opportunities.”

The networking lunch will feature a range of foods from around the world, created by the Duke of Cornwall’s acclaimed Head Chef, Kevin Scargill.

Jonathan Morcom, Director of the Duke of Cornwall Hotel said: “We’re delighted to sponsor the VIP Networking lunch in our newly refurbished AA Rosette restaurant. It provides a great opportunity to showcase some of the excellent dishes being created by our Head Chef Kevin Scargill and his team.

"As Patrons we are looking forward to seeing as many businesses as possible from across Devon who are sure to enjoy this fantastic networking opportunity as part of the biggest business show in the South West.”

Plymouth Business Show will this year feature a range of interactive elements including a Thrive Hub business environment experience from lead sponsors Thrive Hubs, an interactive racing game from sponsors Vospers and the return of the popular Imagine Direct Business Village. New to this year the show will also feature a craft fair, hosted by sponsors The Prince’s Trust.

The networking lunch will be held from 12.00-13.30 on Wednesday 17th June at The Duke of Cornwall Hotel. To find out more and book please visit www.plymouthbusinessshow.com
