Outstanding customer service is just one of the reasons that Tracks of Exeter are celebrating this new year after being crowned both Regional and National Suzuki Dealer of the Year 2021.

The top honours were awarded to the family-run business at a prestigious awards ceremony at the National Dealer Conference in Manchester held by Suzuki GB PLC.

These accolades added to the celebrations of the business who were also marking a big milestone in trading, as Stephen Ody, Managing Director explains:

“We are thrilled to be named as the best in the UK, it’s a fantastic result in our 30th year as a Suzuki dealer in Exeter. All credit goes to our amazing team and their dedication to giving our customers the best care and service possible.”

Despite tough competition from dealerships throughout the UK, Tracks scored the highest on criteria ranging from the percentage of target sales achieved, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the number of parts and accessories sold.

“We’re immensely proud to win Dealer of the Year,’ adds Harry Ody, Marketing Manager. “It’s not just recognition of our hard work and success but also confirms that our customer-first approach to selling and servicing cars works for us, Suzuki GB and our customers.”

Tracks have Suzuki dealerships in Exeter and Taunton specialising in new and used cars, servicing and parts. Founded in 1991 by Directors Stephen Ody and Stuart Anthony, the ethos behind the small family-run business has been to deliver a unique, personal and hassle-free car buying servicing environment providing customers with the best customer service.

“We believe in TLC, not PLC,” concludes Harry. “We treat our customers and their vehicles how we would like to be treated ourselves, with friendly, honest service.”

In presenting the award Dale Wyatt, Director of Automobile at Suzuki GB PLC, said: “It is an honour to recognise the achievements of our network over the last twelve months which this year was even more important due to market conditions and the heavy restrictions we are currently experiencing. We would like to congratulate all our award winners, they have shown exemplary standards of work and customer service, and without them, we would not be in the strong position that we find ourselves in today as we head into a new year and our new vision for the future. Congratulations, and we look forward to enjoying further success and another formal celebration together in 2022.”
