Over 1200 visitors were treated to an exclusive one night only spring shopping event in Princesshay, Exeter on Thursday 3rd March. Over forty retailers and restaurants including Debenhams, Coast, Coal, HMV, Miss Selfridge, Crew Clothing , Hotel Chocolat and YO!Sushi took part in the shopping evening.

Throughout the evening, shoppers we treated to free photos from KookyBooths, flavoursome mocktails from Giraffe, live music from buskers, samples from Wagamamas and a whole host of fabulous discounts and offers from Princesshay’s retailers and restaurants.

As well as tasters and samples, Spring Spree goers enjoyed watching fashion shows, showcasing this season’s most sought after trends over the evening. On the catwalks were styles from River Island, Hobbs, Gap, Moss Bros, New Look, Oasis and Debenhams with commentary from style guru and award winning personal stylist, Chantelle Znideric with models from Gingersnap modelling agency.

Hannah Overton, Event Organiser, Princesshay said: “It was lovely to see so many shoppers enjoying a night of exclusive offers, pampering and treats. The spring fashion looked amazing on the catwalks and even though there was a sprinkling of rain, it was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the event and the opportunity to shop later into the evening.”

The centre of the mall hosted the popular Princesshay beauty zone, which showcased the latest beauty and hair trends. SAKS stylists provided free hair styling and consultations and beauty consultants from Clarins, Molton Brown and Estee Lauder gave free hand treatments, samples of products & discounts to shoppers.

Wayne Pearce, Princesshay Centre Director said: “The whole idea of the event was to reward shoppers with discounts and offers and introduce them to Princesshay’s spring styles. There is so much choice in Princesshay and it was great to have so many of our restaurant and retailers involved.”
