Stagecoach has announced that tickets for single journeys on Falcon are available for pre-purchase from Bristol Airport’s new onward transport kiosk.

Customers can buy their ticket using either contactless card or chip & pin, helping speed up boarding times and negating the need for having cash ready to give the driver.  Single journey tickets are available for the following destinations:

• Churchill £2.50
• Brent Knoll £6
• Taunton £6.50
• Exeter £13
• Plymouth £22

Bob Dennison, Managing Director of Stagecoach South West, commented “Thanks to Bristol Airport’s new kiosk, I’m delighted to be able to offer our customers another way of paying for their journey by Falcon.”

Prior to this latest announcement, 2017 has already seen the South West Falcon celebrating its 150,000th passenger in January and first year anniversary on 14 February. The innovative service is the first dedicated 24/7 coach connection between major locations across the South West. It runs 19 journeys a day, 7 days a week, between Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Bristol Airport and Bristol City Centre. Coaches feature a distinctive, stylish livery and have free Wi-Fi, power charging, air conditioning and leather seats.

Passengers can also make local journeys on Falcon, for example between Exeter and Cullompton or Churchill and Bristol Airport, making it an ideal choice for commuters.

Over its first year of operation the Falcon has established itself as a reliable, affordable and premium connection for the M5 and A38 corridor.

Customers can view the timetable and plan their journey by Falcon at www.swfalcon.com or by downloading the new Stagecoach Bus app from App and Play stores. For travel updates on the go, customer can follow on twitter @flyswfalcon.
