International independent real estate consultants Hollis bolsters its business in the South West with the opening of an office in Exeter.

The opening supports the growth of the company in the region, where it already has an office in Bristol, and works with a range of public and private sector clients across Devon and Cornwall. Hollis is well placed to assist existing and new clients to maximise on the area’s potential.

Associate Anthony Fallon moves from Hollis in Bristol to head up the Exeter office. He specialises in dilapidations, tenant alterations, pre-lease surveys, project services, reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance reporting.

Exeter is an area of increasing economic strength. Its significant commercial industry, coupled with the increasing amount of investment in residential property and student accommodation, have attracted investment to the city, which has bolstered local infrastructure, housing and jobs.

“I am delighted to be leading this venture. Our Exeter office will enable us to increase our provision and support current clients in their growth, as well as reach new clients who are looking to capitalise on the region’s buoyant property market and increased investment into the South West,” says Anthony Fallon.
