After a smash hit season with ‘The Silence of the Nans’ at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Jessica Fostekew takes it on tour around the UK next Spring!

(Read in film-trailer voice): Last summer Jessica did two reasonably significant things. One, a story of pure joy. The other, a tale of entrapment, torment and gelato. This show tells the second story. The horrid one.

This is an epic comedy-horror-story about a disaster at sea from which there was no escape.

(Normal voice): Jessica co-hosts the mighty Guilty Feminist podcast which has reached over 10 million listeners. She starred in this year’s hugely acclaimed new BBC2 sitcom from Sharon Horgan and Graham Linehan Motherland as well as the award-winning BBC1 drama Three Girls. Jess also hosts BBCR4 Extra’s Comedy Club and BBC Radio Comedy Awards (Radio2, R4Extra). Jess writes for BBC R4’s News Quiz and C4’s 8 out of 10 cats amongst other things.
