Join us at this free Easter weekend event with paintings from 60+ emerging and established SW artists and help raise much needed funds for a local worthy cause. Kindly sponsored by WBW Solicitors and Financial Planners, this art show is brought to you by Art Gallery SW in aid of WESC Foundation.

The works of art from around the region are a mix of genres and mediums and available at affordable prices. All commission on sales go direct to WESC Foundation - The Specialist Centre for Visual Impairment, providing education, health, care, therapy and mobility to children and learners from 4 – 24 years.

View art from a plethora of local artists such as Kate Bosence from beautiful South Devon. Kate currently paints on large canvases using acrylic paint. After some years focusing on textiles, she felt a strong desire to begin using paint and was introduced to an inspiring teacher called Flora Bowley who teaches 'Intuitive painting', an approach that is perfect for her.

New talent is Belinda Reynell. Her inspiration comes from the coastline of Devon and Cornwall and she won 'Devon Life’s Landscape Artist of the Year' and was longlisted for the 'Jackson’s Open Oil Painting Prize'.

Works of art also include established artist Phil Creek, an advocate of plein air painting who lives and works predominantly in East Devon, surrounded by the landscape that he loves.

And don’t miss established artist Martin Bush - his passion and inspiration for painting began with a year living in Thailand in 1997-98. He said: “I remember the overwhelming feeling from this experience was the sense of freedom and by absorbing this amazing country's culture I had found a place that was to change my life and fire my inspiration even to this day. Adding to this, my previous travels to places such as California, South Africa and many other countries developed the foundations to the expression within my art.”
