Organised by Libraries Unlimited, through its Evolve programme, the Discovery Screens Film Festival includes a selection of exceptional hand-picked movies, not usually shown at mainstream cinemas.

The Exmouth Library Discovery Screens Film Festival presents:

Monday 24th February – 7pm, £5 per ticket and £3 concession (students and 60+)

Oska Bright ‘Queer Freedom’ - When queerness and disability meet - films about gender, friendships and the importance of language.

Britain on Film ‘LGBT Britain’ (PG) - A colourful and challenging collection exploring screen representations of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender lives in Britain over the past century.

Tuesday 25th February – 7pm, £5 per ticket and £3 concession (students and 60+)

Britain on Film ‘Coast and Sea’ (U) - Travel round our gorgeous, varied coast with beautiful, historic films created throughout the 20th century from 1901 to 1978.

Wednesday 26th February – 7pm, free of charge

Peccadillo Shorts (14+) - a selection of short films chronicling youth LGBT experience in Britain and around the world.
